Summary:

As a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager in a company within our network, you will ensure high client satisfaction and retention through effective communication, strategic problem-solving
and prompt, professional management of client requests. You will be the primary contact for the client. You will forge a long-term relationship with the clients you manage, building trust and clarity to the value we bring to our clients' organization. In turn, the role comes with a huge scope for professional growth. You will work in an innovative and supportive team-based work environment driven by an ethos of Excellence

Responsibilities:

Maintain high client satisfaction, account retention and identify service expansion opportunities to grow the relationship
Effectively communicate the value of the services provided to clients
Manage issues with strong analytical and strategic thinking to ensure prompt, effective resolution
Consistently analyze account results data to prepare and present reporting on
weekly client update meetings
Continuously evaluate outreach strategy (playbook) and collaborate with clients and communicate with the internal team to optimize performance
Collaborate with clients to set appropriate sales meeting targets
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
2+ years of experience in B2B account management
Experience with project management tools and sales enablement software
Proficiency in G-Suite and Microsoft Office tools
Professional approach to work and entrepreneurial mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a comfort level working with C-suite level client contacts and build trusting relationships
Excellent analytical skills
