Account Manager - Landscaping
Bloom Partners has been engaged by a Residential Landscape company in the
Winston-Salem, NC
market to recruit and hire a customer-facing
Account Manager
to join their landscape maintenance team.
The Account Manager will have full ownership of a portfolio as the single source of accountability. The ideal candidate will have successful experience in front of customers, a thorough understanding of the residential landscape industry, and a willingness to grow.
Responsibilities
include but are not limited to:
Manage the day-to-day operations of your portfolio to ensure that your crews and customers are always taken care of in a safe manner.
Consistently work as a team, sharing industry knowledge and resources.
Identify and communicate resources needed to complete tasks at all levels (crew, customer, individual).
Execute detailed quality audits with customers to identify and provide enhancement and/or quality opportunities on a property then communicate execution to the crews.
Promote and advocate the company's standards to consistently have a positive team environment internally and externally.
Help software and technology implementation and improve processes and enhance data reporting. Inspire and educate teammates to ensure a high level of adoption of new systems.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years prior work experience in residential landscaping as an Account Manager or similar role.
Experience at a top 50 commercial landscaping company preferred.
Familiarity with ERP and or/ Field Service Management software solutions for the green industry.
Strong customer experience and relationship development skills.
Understanding of all associated machinery and trucks involved in landscape maintenance
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Working knowledge of landscape maintenance operations and efficiencies.
