Account Manager (Level Health)

Level Health, launched in 2023, is a nationally recognized community-based health plan designed for small businesses that provides primary care, mental health, labs, imaging, physical therapy and more for $0.

As an Account Manager for Level Health, you’ll be managing a diverse set of key clients driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy across your portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Partner with our clients to deliver predictable outcomes and experiences related to their benefits package and cost-containment initiatives by:

• Being the trusted partner for our clients
• Acting as primary advocate for clients navigating their healthcare choices and benefits
• Managing the client lifecycle post-implementation through annual renewal periods
• Designing and directing benefit communication and education
• Delivering and communicating ROI for our clients, throughout the customer lifecycle

• BA/BS
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or other client-facing role
• Strong leadership skills
• Impressive executive presence and communication abilities
• Ability to create structure in ambiguous situations and design effective processes
• Bias for action
• Natural problem solver

Base Salary: $45,000-$60,000 based on experience, plus bonus for performance.
