Account Manager – Repair & Service Line
Location: Pasadena, TX
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week + rotating on-call
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Position Summary
The Account Manager serves as the primary customer contact for our diaphragm seal repair, machining, and equipment service operations. This role blends customer relationship management with technical understanding of diaphragm seal systems, machining processes, equipment cleaning, and industrial instrumentation.
While prior experience in these areas is preferred, we are open to training strong candidates with mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn the industry.
Compensation
• Base Pay + Commission Structure
This role offers a competitive base salary plus a performance-based commission plan tied to account growth, customer retention, and service revenue.
Commission is uncapped, and total compensation grows with your portfolio and performance.

Key Responsibilities
Manage customer accounts for diaphragm seal repairs, machining services, and equipment refurbishments
Provide technical support on diaphragm seals, materials, fill fluids, machining tolerances, and cleaning procedures
Prepare quotes and follow up with customers in a timely manner
Review customer specifications, drawings, and repair requirements
Coordinate with technicians, machinists, and the shop to ensure accurate work orders
Troubleshoot customer issues and recommend repair or replacement solutions
Maintain strong customer relationships with consistent communication and service updates
Participate in trade shows, product training, and internal development
Serve on a rotating on-call schedule for emergency service needs
Requirements
Required
Strong mechanical aptitude
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple customer needs in a fast-paced industrial environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ability to learn ERP/QuickBooks
Preferred (Trainable if Needed)
Knowledge of diaphragm seals and pressure instrumentation
Experience in machining, equipment repair, industrial cleaning, or manufacturing
Understanding of process conditions, fill fluids, and chemical compatibility
Ability to read technical drawings and understand machining tolerances
Prior technical customer service or inside sales experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
