Account Manager Representative

An industry-leading compensation package that includes weekly commissions, weekly and monthly bonuses, quarterly bonuses, annual bonuses, and additional incentives which leads to a First Year OTE of $100,000 + (Salary + Commission + Bonus)

Full Time in Office Position
Skills:
Must be comfortable sitting or standing for long periods of time.
Good communication skills.
Must be able to work with little supervision.
Must be able to work in an in-office setting.
Must be able to work a full-time schedule.
Accepting inbound calls or making outbound calls.
Must be comfortable with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Your typical day will include:
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Keep records of customer interactions, and process customer accounts.
Providing support over the phone and going over a client's health information.
Work with any claims that your customers make on the policy.
Education and information on all plans available in the market.
Navigate the customer to the most appropriate plan that suits their needs.
Performing any other responsibilities as required for the role.
