Position Summary: 

The role of the Account Manager will join our growing team and will serve as an important business contact for our Residential reps, dealers and showrooms in the Northeast and Canada. The Account Manager will be based in our Miami, Florida office and report to the Residential Director of Sales and support the Regional Sales Manager.  

The Account Manager must consistently provide excellent customer service and serve as a liaison between clients, independent representatives, and our organization. Key components of this role include successful relationship management and an understanding of our role in each client’s business, including the ability to discover improvement and growth opportunities. The AM must ensure client requests are addressed in an efficient and prompt manner with the long-term nature of each relationship at the top of mind.  

Key attributes for this role include strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills combined with a customer-centric approach. In addition, team collaboration and solid organizational skills are needed to ensure efforts are coordinated and timely.

Location: This position is onsite based in Miami, FL.

 Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports the Director of Sales and Regional Sales Mgr. on strategic client projects and account activity. 
• Is a product expert in the products across the Tuuci living portfolio: parasols, shade structures, and furniture.  
• Takes initiative and responsibility to develop and optimize the relationships with our clients. 
• Reviews all major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met. 
• Collaborates onsite with marketing, sales, quality assurance and product development to ensure successful launch of solutions for client issues. 
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of the various residential segments of the business.  
• Develops a keen grasp of product knowledge and stays up to date on changes and developments. 
• Works as a thought starter to diagnose and develop solutions for areas that need improvement. 
• Is aware of opportunities for account growth and new business. 
• Work closely with the Regional Sales Manager and act as liaison between Territory Sales representatives and Regional Sales Manager. 
• Experience in Salesforce preferred. 
• Periodic travel may be required. 

 Education and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or sales within a related industry.  
• Bachelor’s degree  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; written and verbal required. 
• Strong project management skills. 
• Proactive, with a sense of urgency and strong attention to making customers happy. 
• Strong ability to develop and nurture business relationships. 
• Polished ability to present and convey information to a group. 
• Ability to use independent judgement with a high level of initiative. 
• Must be detail oriented. 
• Proven ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to interact effectively within a team and with other departments. 
• An interest in and an ability to travel for client visits and industry events. 
• Excellent computer skills, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
