This position entails participating in various events and building relationships with local businesses, agents, and property managers to drive business growth. The Account Manager is responsible for promoting our brand in the market, as well as identifying and acting on new and existing opportunities.

We are only considering candidates with sales experience in the home services industry, such as plumbing, HVAC, insurance restoration, remodeling, etc.

Responsibilities:
Develop and sustain relationships with existing and prospective clients through B2B interactions, organized events, and cold-calling
Maintain an organized CRM and schedule regular business-to-business visits
Attend networking events to promote our brand and local business
Organize and oversee community and charitable events
Research local trade shows and manage the setup of the Paul Davis booth to represent our brand
Be available to respond to client emergencies to provide better service during and after business hours
Resolve issues as necessary and offer solutions to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications:
A strong desire and proven track record in selling services, ideally in the home service sector
Previous experience with SEO and social media to engage customers and clients
A willingness to plan and execute community engagement events regularly
Ability to track performance metrics and update the team accordingly
Familiarity with CRM software and a capacity to learn new technologies
