About the position

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Sheds and Outdoor team as an experienced Account Manager based in Perth. This role will be suitable for someone who thrives on growing a new client base and fostering existing customer relationships.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based onsite at our Maddington branch. As part of our Sales team, there will be a requirement to travel.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships while proactively expanding Stramit’s Sheds and Outdoor customer base.
Develop and implement segment planning strategies, monitor KPI’s and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Fostering strong relationships with Stramit’s internal and external stakeholders to ensure outstanding customer service delivery.
Monitoring customer activity and market conditions to identify new and innovative opportunities.
Utilise Salesforce CRM to manage client accounts, track customer interactions, and streamline sales processes to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Comply with all Stramit safety policies and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for

Experience in a similar Sales role and like-minded industry is ideal (however full training will be provided around Stramit and Fletcher Building).
Strong experience in sourcing customers, relationship-building, and account management.
Possess a genuine passion for sales with a talent for driving results and closing deals.
Tech savvy with experience using customer relationship management (CRM), Salesforce or similar.
Positive attitude and strong resilience in a competitive environment.
Collaborative and supportive team player who can work independently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Full working rights in Australia without restrictions.
