Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term retention
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and recommend appropriate technology or telecom solutions
- Drive new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, and account expansion initiatives
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing quotes
- Negotiate contracts, renewals, and service agreements
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales Engineering, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure successful implementation and ongoing service
- Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline, and forecasting within CRM systems
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
