Account Manager

Duties:

• Quoting, selling, servicing, underwriting, risk management, account management, and claims adjustment for personal insurance policies.
• Work directly with clients to provide exceptional customer service, develop, and maintain a book of business
• Work closely with insurance agents and underwriters to ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma with some college helpful but not necessary
• Texas Property-Casualty insurance agent's license
• At least 1 year of experience in Account Management or Personal Lines Insurance
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-oriented mindset and a focus on service excellence
• Self-starter with ability to be flexible
• Ability to understand and explain personal lines insurance coverage, forms, and policies.
