Eventus Systems is looking to hire a highly talented and capable Account Manager to join our dynamic, distributed global team. As a part of our Account Management team.
The Account Manager will have cross functional commercial responsibilities to include:
Revenue growth via upsells and cross-sells
Directly responsible for managing a designated book of business consisting of a diverse cross-section of clients
Develop Account Plans (consisting of Org charts, SWOT analysis and quarterly goals) for Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients ( *client tiers determined by revenue as well as growth and expansion potential)
Strategically map out clients, establishing and strengthening relationships with decision-makers, end users, advocates and potential blockers; identify new groups/desks/individuals for potential footprint expansion
Set up Executive Business Reviews to ensure Eventus and the client are in lockstep as it relates to the client’s short term and long term goals, as well as demonstrate value-added service Eventus provides to the client
Raise awareness pertaining to changes/updates to the Eventus Product Roadmap
Revenue retention via contract renewals and applicable CPI increases
Closely monitor upcoming renewals
Establish preferred engagement model with clients; set up touchpoints to ensure health of the client is in a positive state
Where clients are not in a positive state, immediately develop action plan for getting client back on a path towards success; coordinate with the relevant internal departments within Eventus (ie CX, Product, Engineering, Executive Leadership, etc)
Log client outreach in CRM
Exhibit propensity to solve complex problems Articulate issues clearly and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
Foster a culture of solving the firm’s problems and driving towards business value
Work in conjunction with the CX team, serving as an additional escalation point should the need arise; Reports customer feedback
Coordinates with other CX teams members from Regulatory Affairs, Implementation and Product Own end to end client commercial requests and consistently track and update progress
Qualifications:
Experience with navigating complex organizations and a successful track record of achieving and surpassing revenue targets
Capital Markets / Trading experience a plus but not required
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a quota bearing sales or account management professional.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or relevant field
