Overview: 
We are seeking to hire an enthusiastic Account Manager who has the passion to grow their sales career within the manufacturing automation industry. 

Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes [medical, dental, vision insurance, 401k, etc.].
 Note: The salary range may vary based on the state or locality in which you side. Additional compensation may include annual performance bonuses, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package. Main Responsibilities: 
  • Contact prospective customers in assigned area to determine their needs and degree of interest in company’s products and services 
  • Performs sales presentations; ensures needed resources are available for effective demos 
  • Knowledgeable on company’s products and services and those activities of competitors 
  • Educate potential clients about the value and benefits of our products and services
  • Maintains positive customer relationship to maximize product/services satisfaction to obtain new sales as well as strengthen existing relationships  
  • Schedule (or conduct) web demonstrations and maintain detailed notes in our lead tracking system 
  • Experience with Salesforce and Hubspot preferred  
  • Work closely with the rest of the sales team and other departments such as marketing, customer service, sales support, etc  
  • Willingness and ability to work remotely – comfortable with virtual selling and remote customer support  
Requirements: 
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or related field preferred 
  • Must have quota carrying experience
  • 2+ years product sales experience: Manufacturing software or hardware experience preferred 
  • Ability to travel up to 10%  
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and strategies
  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and professional relationship building skills
  • Strong drive to succeed
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales productivity tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn, HubSpot etc.)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with closing net new logos, new site expansion, cross-sell/upsell, conversion and renewals
