Job Description - Account Manager (West Valley)

The Account Manager's position is an important function of the operations of the company. This position is to ensure customer relationships are continually developing and sales goals are met. The Account Manager helps the customer to see the and working to enhance the overall appearance and appeal of the property. The Account Manager serves as a trouble shooter, identifying problems and providing solutions that meet customer expectations and overseeing service recovery when necessary.

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Responsibilities:
Customers
Liaison to customer Ensure expectations for quality and service are heard and that service actions are taken that meet and exceed customer expectationsProvides excellent service (e.g., accurate, complete, and timely) to clients, work-site partners, and company staff in a courteous and efficient mannerQuality control for all maintenance, irrigation, extra and pest control work performed at assigned accountsExhibit our Core Values to our Customers and communicate the company goals, policies, and procedures concerning landscape maintenance to the workforceAttend monthly board meetings as needed
Sales
Explain to customers the possibilities for their property
Create the want for enhancementsCreate the want for tree work
Set customers up with inclusive contracts to lock in rates
Communication
Communicate customer expectations to Production ManagerEnsure Production Manager's understanding of customer specificationsReview new hire applications, interview, hire
Schedule
Coordinate seeding and fertilizing schedule with Operations ManagerExplain and discuss schedule with community managers
Miscellaneous
Drive properties and provide quality controlAttend weekly managers meetingAttend HOA Meetings as needed

Preferred Certifications:
ALCA SLM
Requirements:
Prior landscape management experience: 3+ yearsFriendly and outgoing personalityExcellent computer skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technology General business experienceMaster organizer and attention to detailDetail oriented with customer focus attitudeEffective verbal and written communication skillsBasic math skills and be able to perform simple calculations

Salary Range: DOE
