Account Representative

We’re looking for an Account Representative who’s passionate about helping people and ready to be a key part of the customer journey. In this Account Representative role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact, guiding customers through their auto glass service needs and assisting with insurance claims, appointments, and more. Your goal as an Account Representative is to make every customer feel informed, supported, and taken care of from start to finish.

What You'll Do as an Account Representative:

• Assist customers directly in finding the right windshield replacement solutions for their vehicles
• Provide friendly, informative service with an emphasis on safety and convenience
• Educate customers on the importance of proper auto glass care and timely replacements
• Initiate and manage insurance claims to ensure a smooth, efficient process
• Manage and update customer accounts, schedule appointments, and conduct follow-ups
• Collaborate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely service delivery
• Contribute to sales performance by offering outstanding support and recommendations

What We’re Looking For in an Account Representative:

• Customer service, sales, or automotive industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail
• Ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced setting
