Job Description - Account Representative

For our clients, we are seeking a motivated and customer -focused Account Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements

MBO/HBO working and thinking level
Experience in sales, customer service, or account management is an advantage
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commercial mindset and result -oriented attitude
Good organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Excellent command of Dutch; English is an advantage

As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while actively identifying and developing new business opportunities. You will provide excellent customer service and support, prepare quotations, and follow up on sales opportunities to ensure successful outcomes. In this role, you will work towards achieving sales targets and business objectives, maintain accurate client records and reports, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
