Account Run Lead

We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for an Account Run Lead to take on the following responsibilities :

• 
  

  Act as the single point of contact (POC) for all run delivery activities within the account.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate day-to-day service delivery across all offering domains, ensuring adherence to SLA commitments and financial performance objectives.

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and execute comprehensive run delivery plans to achieve service quality, cost efficiency, and delivery timelines.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive incident management and lead critical incident resolution as the Production Environment Manager (PEM).

  
  


• 
  

  Monitor delivery performance, conduct service delivery reviews, and manage Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives.

  
  


• 
  

  Implement LEAN and automation programs to improve productivity and reduce operational costs.

  
  


• 
  

  Collaborate with technical teams to ensure new builds or solutions do not impact the run environment.

  
  


• 
  

  Promote a Zero Defect / Zero Outage culture across delivery teams and external partners.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead and support Rapid Response Teams in case of run failures

  
  

Profile required

Qualifications & Experience

• 
  

  Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  
  


• 
  

  Experience: Minimum of 10 years in IT governance, service delivery, or customer operations, ideally in a large-scale environment.

  
  

Skills & Expertise

• 
  

  Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel), Roadmap, Action Lifecycle Management, Salesforce, PPMC, and solid understanding of ITIL and CMMI frameworks.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong knowledge of service delivery governance, incident management, and run operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

  
  

Languages

• 
  

  French: Fluent (mandatory).

  
  


• 
  

  English: Professional working proficiency (mandatory).
