Join us as a Account Manager at Applied Materials, where you\u0027ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic account plans, nurturing customer trust, and spearheading long-term partnerships within the key strategic account.\n\nWhy Join Us:\n\n * Pioneering Innovation: Be part of a team that drives technological advancements and shapes the future of the Semiconductor industry.\n\n * Collaborative Environment: Work in a dynamic, collaborative culture that values innovation, encourages creativity, and fosters professional growth.\n\n * Strategic Impact: Your role will directly influence our success, driving business growth and nurturing key customer relationships.\n\n\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nAccount Management:\n\n * Devise and implement innovative strategies tailored to a key strategic account, aligning with company objectives through cross-functional collaboration.\n\n * Drive revenue growth and sales of Semiconductor capital equipment, liaising with internal teams and the customer\u2019s technical and commercial units to support complex equipment sales.\n\n\n\n\nRelationship Management and Customer Experience:\n\n * Cultivate relationships across all levels within the customer account, understanding their strategies and issues to provide Applied Materials early access to inflections and an edge over our competitors.\n\n * Collaborate across functions to fulfill customer needs and maintain strong relationships between Applied Materials and the customer.\n\n * Ensure exceptional customer experience by timely resolution of issues and proactive management of escalations.\n\n * \n\n\nTechnical Agility:\n\n * Leads and/or facilities technical discussions between customer technical leaders and the Applied Business Unit (BU) heads and R\u0026D managers.\n\n * Advocate internally for technology roadmap enhancements and support level across product lines.\n\n\n\n\nContract Negotiation:\n\n * Using strong commercial acumen to negotiate product sales activities balancing terms that maintain strong customer relationships while protecting Applied\u2019s interests.\n\n\n\n\nExperience Requirements:\n\n * Minimum 5 years in Semiconductor Capital Equipment or similar high-tech industry\n\n * Preferred experience 10+ years\u2019 experience in Applications or Process Engineering, Product Marketing, Business Management, or Account Management in the Semiconductor industry or similar high-tech industry with successful track record\n\n * Bachelor\u2019s Degree in STEM field.\n\n\n\n\n## Qualifications\n\n### Education:\n\nBachelor\u0027s Degree\n\n### Skills\n\n### Certifications:\n\n### Languages:\n\n### Years of Experience:\n\n7 - 10 Years\n\n### Work Experience:\n\n## Additional Information\n\n### \n\n### Shift:\n\n10-Day 8-Hr (United States of America)\n\n### \n\n### Travel:\n\nYes, 25% of the Time\n\n### \n\n### Relocation Eligible:\n\nYes\n\n### Referral Payment Plan:\n\nNone\n\nU.S. Salary Range:\n\n$216,000.00 - $297,000.00\n\nThe salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. \n\nFor all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.\n\nApplied Materials is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
