Account Sales Representative

A&M Construction & Roofing has been around for 17 years, and has developed an A+ Rating with Fort Worth BBB. We're looking for the following individual. You are encouraged to call the number below if you think you fit this ability and are interested in this Roofing Consultant Representative position. There is much freedom and autonomy in this position so it requires a disciplined individual.

• This position is the Residential Consultant Position. This person will be trained to inspect roofs and then present the homeowner on a one-on-one basis. This will involve training with upper management. This individual must have a reliable means of transportation. A Ladder can come after training. One can work in their neighborhood to start as every neighborhood has weather related damage on roofs.

• This person will be trained by upper management from beginning to end regarding the full process of cultivating leads, networking, inspecting roofs, determining damage on the roof, and closing with the client using proven conversational and connecting techniques. Learning to file claims with home owner present, then meeting with the insurance adjusters to document the full scope of the damage, and following up with both insurance and homeowner every two days.

• The candidate will have a strong sense of prudence, confidence, and self worth. Able to introduce themselves in a positive manner and develop a well-rounded conversation with the homeowner about their property to schedule a free roof inspection and a free consultation afterwards with photos of the roof. Many times, this happens immediately upon meeting the homeowner and closing the inspection.

• This Person will also have a good understanding of business procedures, prudence, focus, and client followup. The ideal person will have discipline, knowledge, wisdom, common sense, intuitiveness, social ability, and the ability to open up dialog with both homeowner, and adjuster/insurance.

• Self-Motivation is important as well as a very good work ethic. Access to the Internet, and the knowledge of computers is helpful but not immediately necessary.

• Reporting is important - A daily, and weekly report is important to achieve good results, so we can help one another on our files that will develop in time. Management always takes time to train and help you at certain times.

• Making yourself available for training and scouting new business with management is important to develop the skills, and relationship with management, and help you to be successful. Each File that is developed is a training opportunity for you and you will get paid on that client.

This career does require an individual to be motivated to show up on time in certain areas of the DFW Metroplex to make contact with residents in homes with questionable looking roofs. This individual will be working directly on the management of A&M Construction and Roofing for the first 2-3 weeks from the start date. The individual will learn to network for leads and primarily be moving through weather damaged neighborhoods offering complimentary roof inspections, and complimentary consultations with pictures to only homeowners not renters. This individual will keep a file of clients and develop a professional relationship with management. There is much to learn in the roofing industry. There is no limit to advancement and growth opportunities with the company for the right person. The Roofing Industry is a highly competitive industry which makes it very lucrative as well. The individual that we are searching for will possess and develop good leadership ability as well as a desire to contribute to the company's development through ability to adhere to instructions and guidance when needed.
