Job Description - Account Services Coordinator - Leading Industry Pay

We are looking for a focused Account Services Coordinator to join our awesome team at NCW in South Bend, IN.

The Account Services Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Recruiting and Sales Manager and respective teams ensuring seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery to our clients, candidates, and field employees.

Sales Support:

  • Assist team managing client accounts, including new work order entry, handling requests, and resolving issues.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to client accounts, including contracts, proposals, pricing, and important information.
  • Collaborate with team to ensure seamless execution of client deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in Avionte.
  • Retain and update client and prospect data in Avionte.
  • Support managing client relationships.

Administrative Support

  • Weekly Payroll and AP/AR issues.
  • Collaborate to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhance the client and candidate experience.
  • Offer support to the RSAM (Recruiting & Sales Account Manager) managing calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Additional duties assigned based on team development and revenue.

Essential Competencies:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with client, candidates, and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of sales/recruiting processes and terminology (preferred but not required).
