Job Description

The Account Strategist works directly with clients to develop and manage integrated media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. This role is responsible for planning, execution, optimization, and performance analysis to help clients achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities include:

  Plan and steward multi-channel media campaigns (digital + linear)

  
  


• 
  

  Analyze performance and optimize campaigns in partnership with analytics teams

  
  


• 
  

  Develop and present media plans, POVs, and client-facing materials

  
  


• 
  

  Leverage audience research and stay current on media trends

  
  

Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor's degree

  
  


• 
  

  3+ years of experience in media planning and/or buying

  
  


• 
  

  Experience with digital platforms (DSPs, ad networks, social, SEM)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong analytical, communication, and time-management skills

  
  


• 
  

  Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

Our office is located in Newtown, Connecticut. Local candidates are encouraged to use our updated office space in Sandy Hook, CT which allows you to take part in our office culture and team bonding that naturally occurs in office. In addition, if you need to take a break from work, there is a beautiful waterfall and serene stream just outside our front door. Candidates from outside the local area, who are able to work during our core East Coast office hours, 8:30am-5:30pm, are encouraged to apply. Our team working remotely is invited to the office at a minimum of two times per year for our Summer Party and again for the Holiday Party. Other team or client meetings may be scheduled at other times during the year.
