Your mission
As our Accountant, you’ll ensure the financial integrity of Daos Hub’s fast-scaling operations. From managing accounts receivable to reconciling records and supporting international compliance, your role will be key to financial accuracy, clarity, and readiness. This is an opportunity to establish foundational processes and bring order to a growing Web3 business operating across borders.

Understand Daos Hub’s financial landscape, tools (Xero), and documentation processes. Begin handling invoicing, payment monitoring, and reconciliation in the UAE context.
Take ownership of AP/AR workflows, refine reporting and documentation structure, and ensure all transactions and primary documents are tracked and recorded.
Implement improvements to documentation systems and collaborate cross-functionally for data accuracy. Prepare financial snapshots and support month-end closures.
How You’ll Contribute
- Issue and monitor client invoices in accordance with UAE jurisdiction.
- Track payments from customers and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Communicate with clients regarding invoicing and documentation.
- Provide support for financial audits and regulatory compliance.
- Handle accounts payable/receivable processes and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Systematize and maintain financial documentation in Xero.
- Ensure document retention compliance with local and internal policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to consolidate financial data.
- Execute ad-hoc tasks and financial requests from the Senior Accountant.
What You Bring
- 3+ years in accounting, reporting, auditing, or financial controlling.
- Hands-on experience with international jurisdictions (beyond Ukraine/CIS).
- Solid knowledge of IFRS, financial accounting, and global tax basics.
- Proficiency with accounting systems (Xero, Quickbooks, Zoho).
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets.
- High level of self-organization, ownership, and attention to detail.
- Proactive mindset and adaptability to change.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics.
- English proficiency (intermediate or higher).
- Bonus: Experience with cryptocurrency and certifications such as CIPA, CIMA, ACCA, DipIFR.
