Accountant

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic Accountant to join our team!

In this role, you will handle a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities, including supporting daily financial operations, processing invoices and payroll, and maintaining accurate digital records of financial documents. The position also includes some office administration and logistics-related tasks.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities.


• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP and AR), including maintaining the AR aging report.


• Maintaining positive customer relationships during AR collection, invoicing, and customer account setup.


• Coordinating daily financial tasks with the finance team to optimize workflow.

• Prepare monthly employee payroll using payroll software in accordance with company policies and procedures.


• Collect, calculate, verify, and enter payroll data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records.


• Maintain organized digital records of financial transactions, documents, and supplier information
  


• Manage bookkeeping activities related to IT projects


• Use QuickBooks to record and manage financial transactions


• Process work orders, invoices, expense claims, and account payments


• Support office filing and document archiving


• Prepare and submit Social Security (SS), Income Tax (IT), and VAT filings

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.


• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong focus on accounting and bookkeeping


• Hands-on experience with accounting software, particularly QuickBooks


• Experience with payroll software, such as MenaPay, is a plus


• English proficiency is a must.


• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.


• High levels of integrity and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.


• Strong team player with solid communication skills.
