Accountant

We are seeking a full-time Accountant to join our Finance and Accounting team.

In this position you will:

• Manage accounts payable software system and ensure timely payments
• Work with the CFO and Accounting Manager to prepare financial statements including: balance sheets, profit/loss statements and analysis of budget to actual and variances in accounts
• Assist to develop and implement policies to ensure the financial system is accurate, efficient and meet regulatory standards
• Prepare statistical information and reports for management and other agencies
• Comply with the HIPAA Privacy and Security Regulations

Minimum Requirements for Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred, and/or
• Minimum five years progressively responsible experience in accounting
