Our client, a fast-growing, nationwide property management company specializing in storage facilities, is looking to add a Full-Time Accountant to their team in Stillwater, MN. 💼 What You’ll Do:
As an Accountant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting financial operations, ensuring compliance, and contributing to the company’s continued success. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing monthly financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, income statements)


• Reconciling bank accounts, payroll, and customer accounts


• Managing general ledger, fixed assets, depreciation, and accruals


• Reviewing and approving financial transactions


• Supporting audits and preparing tax filings


• Maintaining accounting systems and controls in compliance with GAAP

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field


• 2+ years of accounting experience


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Sage is a plus


• Strong analytical and organizational skills


• Excellent time management and attention to detail

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $68,000 – $72,000/year
