Your Mission:

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial reports that support critical business decisions
• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and cost control in a highly regulated industry
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with internal and external standards
• Act as a key partner to operations and leadership teams, translating financial data into actionable insights
• Support audit processes and maintain accurate, transparent records
• Analyze variances and contribute to continuous improvement across finance and production

• What You Bring:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or controlling, preferably in manufacturing 
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, cost accounting, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP experience is a plus)
• High attention to detail, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
