Accountant (CPA)

We are looking for a meticulous Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team in Ralston, NE. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review financial statements in line with U.S. GAAP for Ralston operations.
• Maintain the general ledger, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account analysis.
• Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close procedures.
• Assist with internal and external audits by generating schedules, documentation, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local accounting requirements relevant to Ralston, NE.
• Analyze financial results and provide insights to guide management decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize accounting workflows and increase efficiency.

• Active CPA license required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in corporate or public accounting.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and audit processes.
• Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work onsite in Ralston, NE.
