We are a reputable property management company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Job Description:
As a Staff Accountant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy.
Processing vendor invoices and managing payment disbursements.
Preparing monthly financial statements and reports.
Assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Conducting variance analysis and identifying areas for improvement.
Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Providing support for audits and tax filings.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Previous experience in accounting or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of property management accounting principles (preferred but not required).
