Accountant II

Prepare, analyze and interpret moderately complex financial statements in adherence with statutory and/or generally accepted accounting principles or other accepted accounting principles (tax or cash basis). Perform additional financial, accounts payable and/or cash management duties and provide information as requested to ensure accuracy and timeliness in meeting deadlines, including scheduled financial analysis and financial packets. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related major field of study required Strong accounting functions; preparation of journal entries and financial statement preparation preferred Knowledge in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel required Knowledge of statutory and/or GAAP accounting Strong data analytics, communications and organizational skills Aptitude for learning new systems and understanding capabilities and configuration
