Blanton Turner is a property management company that manages over 80 properties in Washington and Oregon. We manage a vibrant portfolio of exciting properties, such as high-rise apartments, multi-family residences, student housing complexes, commercial venues, and small boutiques. We look to hire talented, creative, and fun individuals who bring their expertise and skills to our communities and tenants in meaningful ways.
For this role, you will apply principles of accounting to analyze financial information and prepare financial reports by compiling information, preparing profit and loss statements, and utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.

· Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Accounting, Finance, or Business from a four-year college or university.
· 2 plus year experience in Real Estate management industry
· Ability to drive additional projects to completion.
· Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
· Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements, and projections.
· Excellent customer service, communication skills, and writing skills required.
· Able to multi-task and achieve high-quality results under tight deadlines and changing work priorities.
· Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
· Computer literate; proficient with productivity software including MS Office, SharePoint, and Google Docs.
· Entrata (accounting and property management software) and project management skills a plus but not required.
