Accountant, Staff

Qualifications Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or 3 years relevant and progressive accounting experience in debits and credits
Above average proficiency din Microsoft Office, especially Excel and accounting software

Qualifications Preferred:
Proficient in Epic and particularly revenue cycle functions and reporting.
Proactive and willing to take ownership and responsibility as a highly motivated self-starter
Leadership skills with the ability to influence others and promote change
Desire to continuously look for improvement opportunities (efficiency, automation)
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Minimum Qualifications:
Professional demeanor and good communication skills with the ability to work well with others
Demonstrates strong organizational skills (record keeping, time management, follow up, etc.).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Should be analytical and a strategic thinker.
Excellent attention to detail and sense of urgency, ability to prioritize with an emphasis on quality and accuracy of work.
