Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Accounting Assistant!

The ideal candidate will have a minimumof 2+ years' experience working as an accounting assistant.

This is an evaluation to hire opportunity!

Pay: $20-$22 Hourly DOE

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm



Candidate must be able to successfully complete the following job duties:

• Generate revenue by ensuring the proper billing of clients for goods and services.

•Collaborate with the organizations’ departments to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of collected payment amounts.

• Verify and record financial transactions

• Resolve account discrepancies

• Perform necessary tasks to secure client payments

• Review and evaluate field tickets for services rendered

• Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices

• Enter invoices into accounting system

• Process invoices in OpenInvoice, Ariba and Oildex

• Maintain all Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP)

• Generate revenue reports

• Resolve customer issues and disputes concerning billing

• Assist colleagues whenever necessary
