Lapp Millwright is a family-owned company in Lebanon, PA that specializes in dust, fume, and smoke collection systems for manufacturers, feed mills, and industrial facilities. We are a humble-hungry-smart team that believes "people are our greatest asset." We provide fabrication, installation, maintenance, and repairs for dust collection systems for food services, manufacturers, and feed mills. What You'll Do as an Accounting Administrator
- Maintain accurate financial records, bookkeeping documentation, and administrative operations across the business.
- Manage vendor invoices, accounts payable records, and customer payment documentation.
- Process customer payments, assist with accounts receivable activities, and prepare bank deposits.
- Enter financial and operational data into QuickBooks, Excel, and CrowsNest systems.
- Keep organized digital and paper filing systems for accounting and administrative records.
- Assist with reconciliation processes, payment tracking, and day-to-day accounting operations.
- Support the financial health and operational efficiency of the company through accurate recordkeeping and administrative support.
- Preserve confidentiality of financial, customer, and company information.
Our Ideal Accounting Administrator
- Experienced: Brings at least 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, or accounting assistant experience with a strong understanding of financial processes.
- Detail-Oriented: Maintains a high level of accuracy when handling financial records, invoices, payments, and accounting data entry.
- Organized: Manages multiple priorities efficiently while keeping accounting and administrative systems well-maintained.
- Technically Skilled: Brings experience with QuickBooks, Excel, bookkeeping systems, and computer-based data entry; CrowsNest experience is a plus.
- Trustworthy: Handles confidential financial and company information with professionalism and integrity.
- Independent & Dependable: Works well independently while consistently supporting the team and maintaining reliable follow-through.

What We Offer Our Accounting Administrator
- $23-$27/hour based on experience.
- Flexible Part-time schedule; approximately 30 hours per week
- PTO and paid holidays
- Quarterly profit sharing
