Role expectations:
Work with client senior management to address complex accounting challenges and propose solutions.
Oversee consultants' due diligence work for complex transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, stock offerings, and IPOs.
Review consultants’ deliverables to ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements, including filings like 10-Ks, 10-Qs, and S-1s.
Conduct research and create documentation for new ASC accounting standards.
Lead process improvement initiatives and implement necessary changes.
Mentor consultants, serve as a role model, and provide innovative solutions to enhance their experience.
Participate in recruitment, client relationship building, and business development activities.

Your profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. A CPA and/or MBA with strong accounting experience may be considered as an alternative.
5-7 years of experience in public accounting or industry accounting/finance.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with an ability to integrate seamlessly into teams.
Strong technical expertise in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting.
Proactive in identifying client needs and building strong client relationships.
Highly organized, with the ability to set clear engagement expectations and direction.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Entrepreneurial mindset, self-motivated, ethical, and reliable.
High energy with a commitment to delivering high-quality client service and resolving conflicts positively.

This organization is committed to providing a robust and inclusive total compensation package. Compensation offers consider factors such as the role, level, location, and the individual's skills and experience. The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 - $140,000. In addition to base pay, the company offers a competitive benefits package and various bonus programs and incentives based on performance and level.
