Accounting Analyst - Automotive Dealerships - Energetic Workplace

HYBRID position.

• The Accounting Analyst will work with large fleet customers at dealerships nationwide. The analyst is responsible for the smooth operation of this program. This includes:

   

  • Invoicing customers 
  • Tracking payment of customer invoices 
  • Disputing claims with dealerships 
  • Assisting dealerships and customers with billing questions 
  • Accounting of all transactions 
  • Utilize third party systems to reconcile invoices with payments and credits 
  • Managing the process of new account setup
• Requirements:

  ***HYBRID ROLE***

  • Bachelors in Accounting
  • 5+ years of Accounting Experience  
  • Excellent, Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Good Time Management 
  • Dealership Service Experience is a plus.
