Accounting Assistant

McKinney Buick GMC is looking to add a key person to our team.  This is a general accounting position in our accounting office.  This person will assist in various duties to include; stocking in inventory, processing dealer trades, scanning deals and title work, assisting with deposits and other duties.  This is a great opportunity for someone who has dealership accounting experience in one or more of the accounting office functions and wants to learn other roles.  It is also a great opportunity for the person who enjoys the functions of an office but gets bored doing only one job and is looking to get into the car business.  This will be a role for the person who is a self-starter and has the ability to go from one duty to the next seamlessly.  Previous dealership accounting office experience is a plus but is not required for the right candidate.

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience is preferred


• Must be able to pass a background check which includes a drug screen


• Must be able to work within a team environment and help teammates as necessary


• Must be at least 18 years of age
