Accounting Assistant

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Accounting Assistant to support our finance team and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Wilmington, NC
Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Maintain accurate financial documentation
Support payroll processing and job costing
Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing issues
Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks

Qualifications:

Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
Familiarity with accounting software (Sage Intacct, Ramp, ServiceTitan)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic understanding of HVAC industry is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
