Essential Duties include the following but are not limited to:

• Manages F&I & aftermarket vendor payment schedules


• Tracks General Motors eCommerce sales and reconciles payments/discounts


• Log vehicle Inventory into Accounting


• Accounts Payable


• Deposit and Bank Reconciliation


• Cashiering


• Accounts Receivable


• Dealer Trade (Vehicle wholesaling) Accounting


• Other financial / accounting tasks as necessary

Qualifications

• 2 Years General Accounting/Bookkeeping Experience - (General Motors Dealer Accounting Preferred)


• Has Jim Winter Values – (BASICS Below)
