• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to organize, analyze, and manage data efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to build positive working relationships across departments.

In This Role You Will

• Prepare Accounting & Operations Reports.
• Process high-volume data entry, review, and reconcile invoices.
• Identify and remedy invoice discrepancies as needed.
• Organize and documentation of all payments and expenditures.
• Assist with vendor inquiries and compliance.
• Assist with utility account setup and account maintenance.
• Assist with 1099 Preparation and year end processing.
