Accounting Assistant - 1894093 - Rapid Progression

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

Review journal entries ensuring completeness and accuracy of general ledgers and compliance of the company internal policy

Communicate any adjustments to journal entries to the journal entry clerk

Manage corporate credit card accounts and process cash disbursements for the transactions in system

Establish weekly closing processes by closely collaborating with the operations to ensure immediate processing of journal entries in alignment with the invoice issuance timeline.

Collaborate with Financial Managers and other team members to successfully execute various accounting tasks
