Accounting Assistant

Position: Accounting Assistant
Location: Wilmington, NC
Job Type: Full-Time 

Key Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and purchase orders
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable
• Maintain accurate financial documentation
• Support payroll processing and job costing
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding billing issues
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing tasks

Qualifications:

• Previous accounting or bookkeeping experience required
• Familiarity with accounting software (Sage Intacct, Ramp, Service Titan)
• ADP payroll experience a plus
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic understanding of HVAC industry is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills
