Accounting Assistant - Innovative Company

We are hiring for an Accounting Assistant in West Allis, WI. This important role on the accounting team will be responsible for processing AP and AR. The reason for the opening is due to a future retirement and you will be trained by the outgoing individual.

Accounting Assistant Responsibilities:

• Accurately code and enter invoices

• Provide support for vendor inquiries

• Create Journal Entries

• Cash Applications

• Follow up on outstanding invoices

Requirements:

• Two or more years of clerical accounting experience

• Good tenure at previous employers desired

• Comfortable working in multiple softwares

• Professional, well-spoken, and a good team member
