Do you enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment? Do you have a great eye for detail and a passion for customer service? The Maine Department of Labor, Bureau of Unemployment Compensation, is seeking an Unemployment Tax Associate.
We are looking for ambitious, analytical individuals with excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail to join our growing Customer Support team. In this position you will play a critical role in providing customer service support to employers, ensuring tax and wage reports are filed and payments are applied accurately and timely.
We offer a flexible hybrid remote and in office work schedule after a probationary period.

Minimum Qualifications
Entry-level to intermediate Training, education, and/or experience in office and administrative support functions demonstrating competency in conducting research, compiling data, providing customer assistance, and using independent judgement to make determinations on routine business matters
