Accounting Associate - ON SITE

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Associate to join our finance team, contributing to our mission by ensuring timely collection and management of receivables.

As an Accounts Receivable Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer accounts, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate invoicing. Your responsibilities will include tracking outstanding payments, contacting clients for follow-ups, and maintaining documentation of all receivable transactions. This position offers the chance to build your accounting skills within a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

• Previous experience in accounts receivable, collections, or a similar finance role is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Familiarity with ERP accounting software, such as Acumatica, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Live within commuting distance to East Hanover, New Jersey.

Hourly rate $16-$20
