Accounting Bookkeeper

Blunier Builders, Inc. is a post frame building company located in Washington, IL that specializes in post frame buildings (pole buildings) for a variety of applications including Agriculture, Residential, and Commercial.  We are currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team in our Accounting department.  The individual must possess a valid drivers license and will be required to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.  We offer competitive pay based on experience as well as great benefits.

Job Responsibilities:

General bookkeeping, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Reporting

Review invoices for accuracy and appropriate documentation prior to payment

Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation

Generate purchase orders when necessary

Obtain and print signatures on all checks

Assist team members and Controller when necessary

Job Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance a plus

Detail Oriented a must

Good Organizational skills

Self Motivated

Strong team player

Good communication skills
