RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales tax exemption information
Accounts payable
Employee advances spreadsheet maintenance
Deposits for materials
Petty cash
Credit card expense tracking
Enter invoices
Process checks and one-time use credit cards
Assist with notices, waivers

QUALIFICATIONS:

1-3 years of Bookkeeping Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (will consider comparable experience)
Strong critical thinking, organizational, and analytical abilities
Proficiency in accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, hard-working, responsible
