Accounting Cashier

Koehne Chevrolet GMC Inc is currently seeking an Accounting Clerk-Cashier to become an integral part of our team! This position handles a variety of duties that include: receives, and disburses money from our customers and prepares the daily deposit.

• Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external customers in person and over the phone
• Post all invoices from the Service/Parts and Body Shop
• Receipt all checks and cash for the dealership
• Reconcile Credit Card Transactions
• Prepare outgoing mail
• Cashier for Service or Parts Customers
• Prepare Daily Bank Deposit
• Reconciles Accounts Receivable Schedule
• Makes Past Due calls to Customers

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• 2-year Accounting Degree preferred
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Must be a team player with impeccable honesty and integrity.
