As an Accounting Clerk, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting our accounting department.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Data Entry: Enter key financial transactions for AR/AP.
• Assist Accountants: Provide clerical support to our accounting team.
• Report Preparation: Prepare financial reports to verify data accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Associate’s Degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or one to two years of related work experience.
• Software Proficiency: Proficient with MS Office, and willingness to learn our software.
• Attention to Detail: Accuracy is key!
• Numerical Aptitude: You love working with numbers.
• Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Identify and resolve discrepancies.
