Primary Responsibilities: Accounts payable, accounts receivable, daily deposit prep & data entry. General office functions such as filing, mail handling, copying/scanning. Use best accounting practices to ensure accurate financial data is being recorded to the general ledger and reported to owners and management.
Skills Required:
To perform this job successfully, this individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory.
o Mathematical Skills: Accounting experience/ Basic mathematical skills
o Positive Attitude
o Strong Organizational Skills
o Ability to multi-task
o Knowledge of Reynolds & Reynolds software
o College Degree and/or 1 to 2 years of experience in Office Setting.
