SUMMARY

White Family Dealerships is looking to add to their corporate office team - seeking to hire an efficient, hardworking Accounting Clerk. This position is mainly responsible for processing car deals, reconciling bank statements, and submitting the daily deposit. 

ACCOUNTING CLERK RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and book car deals


• Process dealer trades


• Reconcile and submit daily deposit


• Reconcile bank statements 


• Perform additional accounting functions as assigned


• Backup to the Title Clerk

ACCOUNTING CLERK REQUIREMENTS:

• Automotive experience preferred


• Prior accounting experience is a must, but no college degree required


• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products, good computer skills


• Positive attitude


• High degree of attention to detail


• Ability to multi-task
