RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  

  Perform basic and routine accounting functions

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with Accounts Payable Data Entry

  
  


• 
  

  Prepare accounts payable checks

  
  


• 
  

  Issue Purchase Orders to vendors as necessary

  
  


• Assist in processing car deals


• Assist Title Clerk with processing Title work to DMV


• 
  

  Contact banks / customer on locating missing Titles

  
  


• Assist with basic Administration Duties

QUALIFICATIONS

• 
  

  Automotive dealership Title Clerk encouraged

  
  


• 
  

  Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable clerk in a dealership helpful

  
  


• 
  

  3-5 years experience working in Accounting role

  
  


• Positive attitude & very outgoing personality


• 
  

  Exceptional written & oral communication skills

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to multi task
